Mission: To help those who cannot help themselves in Ubakala village in Abia State, Eastern Nigeria.
Vision: to help to alleviate sickness, poverty and illiteracy in Ubakala, Nigeria, Africa and different parts of the world under the auspices of Project Love In Action, Inc.
Background: in 2002, God encouraged us – my wife Jennifer and I, Iheanacho Odinma to register an organization called “Project Love In Action” a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization with the state of Maryland and the Federal Government of the United States of America; to assist hundreds of villages in the Ubakala community and several other communities in Eastern Nigeria in providing basic healthcare, vision care, food, clothing and spiritual counselling. We listened to the voice of God and the rest is history.
Since 2002, Project Love In Action, Inc., has continued to provide medications, clothes, shoes, food, vision care as well as spiritual counselling to hundreds if not thousands of people. Many people have reported significant improvements in their health conditions and in some cases total healing.
We purchase the medications we use from legitimate suppliers in the U.S. as well as eyeglasses, shoes, clothes, dental products, etc.; and contract the services of paid local doctors, nurses and medical personnel in Nigeria to ensure that we provide quality services to the recipients.
